I waited outside in cold to get key code, no answer on either phone number given. The stairs into unit were extremely steep and width of stairs narrow. Upon entering, unit had no stable chairs---only tall swivel stool chairs. Despite host knowing 2 people coming and facility listed as 2 twin beds...only had 1 twin bed. After asking for bed cot, it was after 11 pm on the second night before getting second bed. When moving furniture to accommodate bed cot, had to work on cleaning the floors. Unit lacked cleanliness
