My room the TV didn't work until the second day. They finally sent somebody flushing. The toilet was fun. There was no coffee machine in my room. The room in general was no that clean the room was very dark

Heat and AC was fine. Most of the light bulbs didn't work. Housekeeping did not service the room at all during our stay. The floor was so filthy that my feet were practically black walking on it for 10 minutes. Water pressure was fair at best. Ice machine was broken. There was no hotel info or map to let you know where any of the vending or ice was. And there was no phone in the room; i had to call the hotel on my cell phone to ask questions about breakfast, check out, etc.

Room was ok. The floor under the bed and the recliner were filthy. The shower bottom spout was detached and not closing when changing the water to the shower head. the shower head was not tightened all the way.

The toom was not what I expected at all. Entrance from outside with two kids and stroller had to climb stairs with bags and everything the sheets were dirty and the room was stinking of cigarettes. Couldn’t even open the blankets to sleep on the sheets we just lied down on top of the bed cover

If I could rate it a 0 I would. There was NO HOT WATER sheets where dirty the floors left my kids socks BLACK we had to mop the floor with a towel and it was completely black. Do not recommend at all.

Room was not clean, you can see the dust everywhere. Breakfast only had milk, juice, egg, coffee, that is it. The only good thing I can think of was price.

We didn’t stay, they agreed to refund the money because they didn’t want to clean the boogers from the wall, the room was dirty as hell, homeless and people using drugs out side, plus the females offering services out side.
