All in excellent condition with many recent upgrades that include electrical and HVAC systems. Perfect for larger families to be rented as a group or where this property offers great privacy can be rented individually. Each cottage has its own outdoor shower oasis as well as fresh paint and updated furniture. All cottages have 1 bathroom, plus each has own outdoor shower. Cottage 1 has 2 bedrooms with a queen and 2 twins. Cottage 2 has 2 bedrooms with a queen and 2 twins. Cottages 1 and 2 are very similar with newly renovated kitchens and floors throughout, creating a modern feel. Cottage 3 has 2 bedrooms with a queen and 2 twins and keeps its vintage bungalow vibe and traditional wood features making this cottage stand out and take you back in time. Provides an intimate setting the moment you walk in. Cottage 4 is the biggest of all the cottages with 3 bedrooms with 1 queen and 4 twin beds and a free flowing layout to host some great lobster dinners! Cottage 4 has a dishwasher too! Close to Wiley Park Pond, which is known for their infamous docks that kids love to jump off. Plus it encompasses a playground and trails. Bike trail is a little over a mile which is a must here on the Cape. Take advantage of this spectacular property and create that dream family reunion you have been talking about!
