This spacious home promises a classic Cape Cod experience. It's a beach-goer's paradise, with easy access to both the ocean and bay. Nauset Light Beach, Coast Guard Beach, and other stunning parts of Cape Cod National Seashore within a two-mile drive or bike ride.

You'll find this home on the north side of Eastham, in a central spot that's great for bike riding, exploring, and enjoying both ocean and bay beaches. You'll be less than a mile from the Cape Cod Rail Trail and barely more from the Salt Pond Visitor Center, Great Pond Beach, and shops, restaurants, Arnold's and services in town.

After a day of activity, step outside onto the deck and fire up the gas grill for a barbecue with loved ones. It's the perfect summer scene - the kids running free in the yard, the adults catching up around the outdoor table, and the golden hour light filtering through the trees.

Inside, the house is bright and comfortable. Enjoy a well-equipped kitchen overlooking the yard, a living room with a TV for movie nights, and an additional den downstairs where you can escape to read or log onto the complimentary WiFi. There are three bedrooms on the main floor and one bedroom suite - including a convenient kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry area - downstairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
