Great location, very clean and comfortable

After a little trouble finding the location everything was wonderful. The apartment was sparkling clean, the communication was quick and helpful, and the location was fantastic. I'd definitely stay here again.

Central to Everything in Durham

This property was exactly what we were looking for - comfortable with many amenities and just steps from the Market Square, Cathedral, and all the other charms of Durham.

Positives. Excellent central location, which was our main consideration. Overall, good, comfortable spacious apartment, with good size bedrooms and very good bath/shower rooms. Clean.Negatives. Some of the equipment was limited or poor. Most importantly, the beds were not king size, as advertised!Also, of the half dozen or so cups, several were chipped or cracked. No small or medium size plates. Hardly any oven trays. Only one pillow per person. Bath towels rather than bath sheets. TV was small and very basic. Overall, flat had a tired and only functional appearance.
