Standard check-out time is max 11:00 AM. Cleaners will commence at 11am. Any checkout later than 11 AM without 48-hour notice will be a penalty of AED 500.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the apartment. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 3000 for Odour removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★Key & Access Responsibility: Guests are liable for any lost or damaged items as follows:

• Access Card: 300 AED
• Smart Lock Damage: 3,000 AED
