We had a comfortable stay at Snowgums 17 and found the apartment very well located in Dinner Plain. Check-in was easy, with clear instructions sent via text beforehand, which made arrival straightforward.The beds were very comfortable, and there is a really useful storage area at the front of the apartment for skis, boots and other gear. Overall, the apartment was comfortable and worked well for our stay. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues, which we let the host know about. As the issues weren't urgent, we asked if maintenance could wait until after our departure, which they were happy to accommodate.There is no TV in the main living area, only in the main bedroom. This wasn't a major issue for us, but after skiing we did want to relax and watch a movie together with the kids, so we ended up crowding around the laptop.There were also a few small things that would make the apartment more comfortable and convenient for guests. There was no salt or pepper, which was particularly frustrating when I had already started cooking breakfast and had to run across the road to the nearby hotel. A small shelf in the shower would be very useful, as would some additional hooks for towels in the bathroom/laundry area. A pod coffee machine would also be a welcome addition and is something we tend to find in most holiday rentals these days. Not major issues, but I do think it's often the small touches that make a holiday rental feel particularly comfortable for guests.
