Disliked: Cleanliness
Mold on the shower walls. Barely functional shower head. Large crack in living room ceiling. Too many hidden fees/costs: pay for linens (hope they arrive by 6pm!), bring own paper products, no bath mat, pay $70 for damage insurance. Check out at 9am??? Who does that? No, no, no, and no.
