One comfortable couch that sleeps one person. Bedding for all extra beds are at the foot of the bed or in the closet. Garage with pool table and other outdoor games and activities. Washer and dryer in garage. Outdoor seating and dining with fire pit. Outdoor heaters are available upon request. Large front,side and back yard.

This property does not have a fenced property line, so please stay in the well mowed areas or around the pond so as to be sure you are within the property bounds. There is a Farm to Market Road out front and a small pond out back.

There is one neighbor to the East. We ask that you respect them and their property and stay within the well mowed areas of this Vrbo rental property. There are no neighbors to the West, North or South. We have chosen not to have fences so as to enjoy the beautiful meadows and country scenery. So please, no loud parties and NO Pets.
