The neighborhood is a peaceful and friendly neighborhood. The street is quiet, and there are great place to visit in the neighborhood

The Qline is by Woodward and the blvd. There are bus stops minutes away, and if you want to experience the city you can rent a bike, go to bogo website and make your reservation.

Apartment 1 first floor

Built in 1914, this charming building is over 111 years old and full of character. While it has been tastefully renovated with modern updates—including mini split heat and air conditioning—please note that soundproofing was not a feature back then, so quiet hours are kindly expected and appreciated out of respect for all guests and neighbors.

🛏️ This is one of four private apartments in the building. Your unit is fully private and thoughtfully decorated for comfort and enjoyment. If you plan to walk around late at night, we ask that you kindly remove your shoes to help maintain a peaceful atmosphere.

📶 WiFi is fast and reliable, powered by the fastest plan from Comcast. A smart TV is provided in the living room so you can stream your favorite shows—just remember to sign out before check-out.

🚭 Smoking Policy

This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $200 abatement fee will be charged if smoking is detected inside the apartment or any indoor space.

🚫 Parties & Gatherings

Parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Immediate eviction without refund will occur if you are found in violation of this policy.

💵 Damage & Replacement Fees

You will be charged for any damage to towels, bed linens, furniture, rugs, or other items beyond normal wear and tear.

🚗 Parking Policy

Each reservation includes 1 designated parking spot. Any additional vehicle must be pre-approved and will incur a $50 per day fee.

⏰ Early Check-In

Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee.
Note: Complimentary early check-in is only offered for stays of 7 nights or more. Please do not request early check-in for shorter stays without accepting the fee.

⏳ Late Check-Out

Late check-out is subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.
• $50 fee for check-out extensions up to 1:00 PM.
• Check-outs beyond 1:00 PM will incur a total fee of $170 ($50 standard + $120 extended).
Unauthorized late check-outs may result in additional charges.

👥 Extra Guest Fee

Reservations are for the number of guests listed at booking. Any additional guest after midnight beyond the maximum occupancy will result in a $50 per guest, per night charge.

🚽 Toilet Use

To prevent plumbing issues, only toilet paper may be flushed. All other items (wipes, paper towels, hygiene products, etc.) must be disposed of in the trash bins provided.

🐶 Pet Policy

Pets must be approved in advance.
• If traveling with a pet, please bring a crate/kennel.
• Pets may not be left unattended in the apartment at any time without prior permission.

👥 Guest Policy

Only the guests listed on the reservation (maximum of 2 unless pre-approved) are allowed on the premises.
• All guests must be registered with Airbnb.
• Visitors not listed on the reservation may not enter after 10 PM or stay overnight without prior approval.
Violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
