"Staff was wonderful, hotel was clean, food was surprisingly good. We booked a room with an ocean view and it was worth every penny in my opinion. Docked one star simply for the condition of some of the areas around the hotel (a bit rundown in some outside areas, pool grout chipping, paint peeling in some spots - but nothing too bad) and the constant asking about spa services while at the pool. Not aggressive or pushy, just asking too much. I had just come from a massage and an hour later was being asked about spa while at the pool. I did have a massage and it was really nice - but didn’t love my facial. Overall great experience, great staff, great stuff for kids. We stayed on resort the whole time and our kids had a blast at the kids club. "

"I traveled solo and chose the non-inclusive option, which was a mistake, the prices are very high when converted to dollars. The rooms are good, but there was construction during my stay, so it was a bit loud near the pool area. Food options are limited. There’s mainly the buffet, and the beach food is very basic (burgers and hot dogs), so not ideal if you’re a foodie. The staff was good, but there isn’t much of a lobby atmosphere or nightlife. Overall, it’s fine for a short two-day weekend if you get a good deal, but otherwise I’d rate it closer to a 2.5-star experience."

"Ocean was visible from our balcony which was the only good thing about the room. Bed was hard and horrible to sleep on. Rooms need completely remodeled. Door and walls thin and can hear everything in hallways. Doors slam shut consistently. Food was horrible and was very tired of buffet after having to eat there for breakfast and lunch every day. Restaurants for dinner had not great food and was very disappointing. Service was great and the grounds and pools were very clean. Beach front was great and loved the ocean front. Was not aware that this would be a party resort and there was lots of kids there for spring break. Yelling and partying going on all hours of the night. If you want a relaxing, quiet, vacation with a nice room to enjoy and good food, this is not the resort for you. "
