This hotel’s staff was incredibly attentive to details and always pleasant. From the porters to the reception staff to the pool service… amazing! Very impressed with room service food and delivery service. The restaurant’s were all very good and the service was impeccable. We will definitely come back next year!

The property was well kept. We loved the option to either go to the pool or beach. We loved the variety in food from different cuisines. We loved how caring and friendly Staff were. They always went above and beyond for us. They really were the highlight of the hotel.

The hotel is way better than my expectations!!! It is so luxurious, so refined, the service and staff are excellent! It's completely new, it was finished in November 2025. The pool and amenities were so good! The beach was kept clean. I loved thevrestaurants, especially the sushi Himitsu resto! I highly recommend!

Staff was great and the Resort was very nice. The shower flooded the bathroom area and the sensor lights under the bed did not go out.

This resort was gorgeous and so much fun to stay at. The entertainment staff in particular was a highlight throughout my wife and I’s visit. Ari, Eve, and Santiago were always positive and took the time to really get to know us. Johnny, Diego, and Alex all made us feel welcome and celebrated. It was truly a special time. I loved the noon Zumba class in the pool and the beach volleyball.
