"No fridge or microwave in the Versailles king rooms. Didn’t fill body wash soap prior to us coming. You have to walk very far through smoke filled casino to get to your room so every night you smell like it . Changed our rooms without telling us. Wouldn’t tell me my room but told my family theirs. Wouldn’t go back again. For what we paid for, it’s not right."
