The bathroom is not clean. There's a bad smell in rhe bathroom that we cant pinpoint what kind of smell but it smells bad. Mold around the sink area. And there's p***ic hair in the bathtub.

The room. The bathroom was probably one of the most dirty bathrooms I’ve ever encountered at a stay! We asked for more towels (had 2) and more pillows. Told no more pillows and they dropped off 2 towels. The room had a pull out, so had we needed to use that there was no extra bedding for it! Check in went well, staff was courteous and helpful. One of the elevators was out of order; making wait time longer. We missed the complimentary drinks but did have the breakfast and that was good! Especially the omelet! Besides the bathroom it was a good stay.

We wanted a hotel that was not on the strip and close to the Sphere, which this was. The room was pretty run down and worn looking (damaged toilet seat, wallpaper, furniture). It was clean but not nice. They were stingy with basic requests like toilet paper and extra towels. Breakfast was a zoo - they had lots of staff but bad systems to manage a full occupancy situation. Hotel staff were borderline rude and very unhelpful when asked questions. Don’t recommend.

The facilities are a bit outdated, which is to be expected. All the staff are professional and friendly. The free breakfast is good, but if you don’t want to wait in line for the omelet, McDonald’s at the walking distance is another choice. The indoor pool is a great place for children to have fun in winter. And we also enjoyed the close view of Sphere from our room window.

The staff was wonderful. The pull out bed was NOT wonderful. The bars could be felt through the mattress. It sunk in the middle so two people sleeping rolled towards each other. I am not a very particular person but this was not a suitable room for 4 people. The pool was very cloudy most of our trip. The hotel was completely full with lots of children so it's understandable, but the indoor pool was a main reason we chose this hotel. The food at the breakfast buffet was good but the set up was crowded and difficult to navigate. It was a very crowded with only one door to enter and one to exit. The bathrooms could benefit from some air fresheners. It seemed as though odors from other bathrooms were noticeable in bathrooms throughout the building. It isn't really reasonable to walk to the strip.
