I can’t believe this is a Hilton hotel! This was one of the worst experiences and I have stayed in many hotels. We booked our two rooms at six weeks in advance. Both rooms are supposed to have two queen size beds. When we arrived only one room had two queen size beds and the other room had a king. When we told the front desk they told us what we’re sorry we have no other rooms available. Not even half the hotel was full! The pillows were uncomfortable and when I asked for more, they told me they were “sold out!” The showers were so slick, you had to hold onto something to prevent from falling. The evening staff at the front desk were rude and lacked Customer service! The only good thing about this hotel is the omelette chef which is super nice and an amazing Cook! And Bobby the shuttle driver. He is so kind and tries to make your stay as welcoming as possible. He goes above and beyond and he is the only one! Other than those two, I would not recommend this hotel. Find somewhere else to stay.

This was a fabulous place to stay. It was roomy and comfortable. Clean and the staff was great. The breakfast was great, the grill cook (a young guy) was fantastic. AC system was too noisy. I turned off, but other rooms ACs were bothering me too. The Hotel didn't let me to have a guest during one breakfast and charged me $21 (I'm a silver member of Hilton). The conditioner was empty and it was not refilled along my stay.

The bathtub was filthy. Full of hair. No hot water. Moved us to a different room and it had less of a view. Also cost more than I was quoted upon booking. Location was not where expected also.

I booked two nights, paid for two nights, and got there and they had no record of my Friday night booking, I had to pay $150 night just to have a bed. Then the hotel had a pipe burst in the middle of the night flooding our room and other and the hotel never offfered a discount or even a sorry we had to move you at midnight.
