King size bed ninth floor, very clean, modern enough, completely quiet, no smoky smell of any kind. I chose no maid service for five nights, which was exactly what I want. I didn’t want to be disturbed. I just want to clean comfortable room. Left a $20 tip definitely would return. Oh, and I forgot to mention fantastic price. Ate one meal a day at smoky Joe’s. Ashley fantastic server food was hot, healthy, and would return any time. Played lots of games. Servers are very kind, very hard-working and small players like me would normally leave a dollar per drink.Shea was an exceptional cocktail waitress, so I left big tips for her and everyone. I don’t mind tipping, hard-working, friendly good people. Casino Host are energetic and interested in my play. I got up a bunch of comps as a new player and I’m thankful for that.. blackjack dealers were funny fun and since I’m a new player, they took the time to help me. I felt very comfortable and probably spent 10 hours at the tables with $10 minimum. Slot machine staff did not waste any time whenever I hit the call attendant light to ask a question or have a small glitch fixed. They made me feel like I was a valuable customer and they were able to fix my three or four little problems very quickly while wearing a smile. Samstown satisfied everything I was looking for in a casino, restaurant, and sleeping accommodation. Almost forgot to mention that I love McDonald’s for my morning coffee and Roberto‘s. (24/7) for a late night ta

I love this Hotel and normally it always goes pretty smooth but this time around I noticed maybe the hotel may be short staffed or taking short cuts The room was sort of cleaned… We found old food in the mini fridge I found hairs in the tub and the shower curtain smelled like mildew So I went hard on the Lysol and air freshener The front desk staff was amazing as usual and so was the bartender in the casino and cashier in the gift shop. I luv the convenience of the food court, the free parking and how much more low-key and less busy it is compare to the strip casinos.

We stayed here for my daughter's 18th birthday. Staff on the reservation side prepared a birthday card and found us a room up high as I requested with a great atrium-side view of the light/water show. When we arrived the staff were both friendly and helpful, from giving my daughter her card to getting us a list of movies playing in the ST theater. Also, we had a fine breakfast at Smokin' Joe's. We look forward to coming back.
