"The place was immaculate! Emily was quick to answer a couple questions I had. Close to beach and perfect for our Max. Every amenity you could want! The only negative, and not the host’s fault, was the road, Antiqua Dr. coming into the condo. It was horrible! Bumpy with huge ruts. Needs to be leveled!"

"The staff was unbelievably unprofessional. During check-in, we waited for about 10 minutes while the front desk employee finished a personal conversation. After that, she decided to serve beer to a customer who arrived after us instead of checking us in. The room smelled strongly of dampness and sewage, but when we brought it to the staff’s attention, no one seemed concerned or took any action."

"I read all the other reviews before booking. I found the the home to be very clean, and there was more than enough toilet paper. The price was also unbeatable for the area, you can't get a better deal. You really don't have to leave the neighborhood, everything you would want in a beach vacation is on site. Screen shot door and pool codes before you get to there, phone service is spotty in the entire area, even AT&T but you'll experience that everywhere you go in Port St Joe and Mexico Beach. Also good to know, the time will change frequently from one pool chair to the next. I was wondering why I thought it was 3:00 and a few minutes later it was 2:00 and a half hour later it was 3:30. The neighborhood is literally sitting on central time and eastern time zone line. I gave up trying to figure out what time it really was but, if you're on vacation whats it matter!! Would definitely recommend this home."
