Everyone I spoke with was eager to assist. I would have no complaints except the lines on the bed smelled like stale smoke. I was too tired to contact front desk and let them know, if I had more time I would have asked for a different room. Knowing how helpful everyone had been, I am sure I would have gotten another room. But as mentioned - I was too tired!

Room was somewhat on the smaller side and sensor in the room was detached from the wall (slightly challenging to get continuous air in the room) so we opted to opent he window which helps but also lots of noise. Elevator was slow and getting to the hotel using the Sea Island Way bridge was super confusing. Hotel uses small bottle shampoo and body wash, For a room with 4 people, we were only given a small travel size of the amenities which were obviously insufficient.

Convenient location- close to airport, food, and Costco. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the 4-night stay. The rooms appear to have been renovated not long ago, so fairly modern and clean. My son enjoyed using the gym daily. Will definitely consider again in the future.
