The room was okay but one USB A and one USB C charging port did not work. In the restaurant, the fish and chips fish was incredibly greasy, the worst I have ever seen. I used up 4 napkins to soak up the grease and my hands were glistening with grease.

No water bottles in room as of Jan 1st, Radisson has started this initiative to reduce single use plastics in 2020 and is supposed to have in its place filtered water stations, this hotel has nothing, although they will sell you plastic bottled water… total hypocrites. Hours between coffee shop, convenience store, restaurant that closes at lunch etc you never know what is open as it’s all over the place. Why on earth would a kitchen close for lunch! Shutting down a kitchen to reopen it a few hours later is costly and employees are expected to not be paid while it’s closed but they obviously can’t find another job for the 3-4 hours that it’s closed. Staff all have conflicting information. A restaurant employee covering in the coffee shop told me that there were 2 seperate kitchens, one for breakfast/buffet and a another kitchen for dinner/tapas… She also cross contaminated the dirty utensils using them with out cleaning them in between different sandwich orders being put in the oven. New owners have ZERO hotel experience, I have more common sense for the matters I’ve experienced and I’ve seen several guests upset with the water issue, especially when there is no solution put in place, only super expensive items in store, if it’s open…

Very pleasant check in staff, fast & efficient provided all pertinent info during Check in. Room was exceptionally clean & very quiet. Bed & pillows luxurious. Bathroom really nice with nice skin/hair care products. Appreciated the free shuttle service offered twice 30 min apart every hour on the hour to & from the airport. Would definitely stay again:)
