The receptionts were not welcoming and can do better. Parking charge of 25 per night is not worth it as it was not covered. The house keeping did not clean the shower tub well. Definitely can improve.

In general, the rooms were outdated (sunbeam 1 cup coffee maker - terrible coffee). Lobby and entrance unclean. Before giving us keys requested an additional $25 for parking on our prepaid bill. Elevators looked like they were from the 70s- loud, clunky. Only good thing was close to airport.

Had a great two night stay at Radisson Blu. The staff were fantastic (check in, housekeeping and the bell hops). Only drawbacks were there's hours of the restaurant on site and a lack of vending machines to grab a pop. The night manager was incredible and secured drinks for us on Saturday night. Would stay again.

A great hotel close to the airport - free shuttle service. Rooms were clean bed was clean and comfortable. Overall a 8/10 Radisson you need to upgrade your showerhead your overall hotel is great. The shower is a fail. Thanks

Property too isolated from everything. Not easy to access any amenities in town. Has to take airport shuttle back to airport, which runs every half hour, in order to get the Canada Line public transportation. It would help greatly increase service if hotel runs the shuttle every 10 minutes instead.
