Two Night Stay Review – Dome Valley Hotel I stayed here for two nights and the experience was honestly disappointing. The cleaning lady was very kind, but the rooms themselves need serious updates. My air conditioner was extremely old and barely working. The bathroom blow dryer was dirty and packed with dust, so it couldn’t even be used safely. The towel situation was also frustrating. When I asked for fresh towels, the person delivering them waited at my door expecting me to hand over the used ones immediately, which felt uncomfortable. It also became clear that there aren’t enough towels available because even after speaking with the cleaning lady, I still had to call downstairs again just to get replacements. The pillows were smelly and worn out which didn’t help with sleep quality. The pool area was another letdown. The space was so poorly lit it felt almost dark. The outside door was broken which allowed freezing cold air to rush in, and since it was around minus ten degrees outside, the whole pool area felt unpleasant. The surfaces around the pool were practically frozen, making it impossible to enjoy or even safely use the space. Overall, while the cleaning staff were friendly, the hotel itself needs major improvements. Between the outdated rooms, lack of supplies, poor maintenance, and unusable pool area, I wouldn’t stay again unless they make significant upgrades.

The staff was very nice, which is the only redeemable factor of this stay. Towels were all stained and gross - one appeared to have blood on it even. I brought this to the attention of front desk staff on checkout. The room could use better cleaning in general - some gross stuff on headboards night stands etc. The rooms were very noisy (HVAC, door, hallway, traffic). And the bed and pillows were rocks. Pretty disappointing as I’ve stayed here previously with my family many years ago, it seems like the hotel has been run down since then. We even paid for an updated room and I think updated means 10+ years ago.

Thermostat Heater in the room was not working. Asked Front Desk for assistance on way out to dinner, they said they would send someone to fix it. Returned at midnight and was still not working. The room was cold, the bedding had holes in it and overall felt very run down.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life. Our first room was barely habitable with human oil and substance on the walls, and it didn’t look like it was vacuumed in a decade. When I alerted the front desk of the problem, they “upgraded me” to a deluxe room. This room had blood stains on the mattress, indicating history of bedbugs or something worse. I absolutely did not feel comfortable staying here and requested a refund, but they would not refund me my stay that night, but they refunded me the next two nights that I had booked. When I parked my car in the underground parking and followed the signs for the hotel lobby, the door to get to the lobby had a broken off knob so I couldn't even get in. I had to walk up a couple more flights of stairs and walk around the outdoor pool to get to the back end of the lobby. I left the hotel to find a more habitable hotel. Don’t stay here, even if your life depended on it.
