one of fave hotel to stay. clean room, except we found 1 empty bottled water under the curtain, we were also expecting that the pool is heated but its not. my youngest celebrated his birthdayand he had so much fun! we enjoyed our stay, we get to relaxed and spend the new year holiday! until our next stay come summertime!

The room was good, however, the magnifying/lighted mirror has not been dusted in some time! The gentlemen at the Valet Parking were awesome. We did, however, not have a good time at the Gordon Ramsay Bar. We ordered "mild" Ceasers in tall glasses, but when we got them (after a rather lengthy wait & the bar was not busy with only 3 other customers), they were a) in regular bar glasses, and b) so hot that they literately burned our mouth. The waiter took them away and brought them back in taller beer glasses, and with a "little" more clamato juice. Still way too hot! Another Waitress tried to take them away again, but we insisted that we would rather have a side of clamato, which she reluctantly brought. Not a good experience and they didn't even try to discount the bill or offer us an apology.

The room was not clean, and the property was very noisy. The bed was uncomfortable, the coffee tasted awful, and the pool was arctic cold. The west-side parking area had a strong urine smell. Additionally, the metal mesh walkways were in poor condition and could pose a safety risk—potentially cutting pets’ paws, damaging shoes, or causing elderly guests to trip. The only positive aspect of this place was the great view from the west tower.

The room was reasonably clean. There was some pink mold in the grout on the bathroom which is unappealing, and there is a lot of dust in the lights on either side of the bathroom mirror. I didn't have breakfast, but I did appreciate the Lavazza espresso machine in the room.

Overall it was a nice enough hotel but really disappointed in the pool, the temperature was absolutely ice cold. We planned on enjoying the pool for a lot of our stay as we have young kids but it was unbearable to even get in. Not sure if it is advertised as not heated but it should be.
