We arrived at 10:30 and according to the sign on the wall for late arrivals we needed to dial 0 and someone would help us. Waited on the phone for 30 minutes. No one answered. Someone took pity on us and let us in the lobby. We again dialed 0 on the lobby phone and waited another 15 minutes before someone came to help us. Then it took another 15 minutes to check us in. So 1 hr of waiting. There needs to be a better system for late check ins.

The room was both large and clean. We were checked in with amazing friendly staff and the price was perfect. The only issues we had were, there was only 1 garbage in the bathroom, a second one for the main room would be nice. The second issue was the check out. We had a softball tournament and our game was early but the main office check in was closed until 10 am. That is very inconvenient. There should be a way to check out before 10 am. Other than the 2 issues it was a great stay.

Holy heck. The night front desk person was rude to me when I got locked out at ~8 am. How dare I expect her to do her job! She claimed no one was registered to the room that I had checked into the night prior around 5ish. I called TWICE through the courtesy phone before she came out to tell me no one was registered. I responded with a simple "my stuff is in that room" Additionally, I could not take a shower without risking a burn. Scalding hot water no matter what you set it to

Unprofessional staff and unclean rooms. Extra firm mattress and staff requested that I pay $3.00 for extra towels and said that guests do not get house keeping services once you are staying for 2 nights

The kitchen was filthy....my feet were black from the floor! When we asked for a few more washcloths, we were told we would be charged. The room was for 6 ppl for 2 nights and we were only given 2 washcloths and 4 towels. It was advertised to have included fully 'stocked' kitchen. There was nothing in the kitchen and if we needed pans or plates would have to pay a rediculous amount. The room also had a wet dog/moldish smell to it. I would say that the advertising was poor and didnt live up to what was advertised.
