A delightful home nestled in the heart of Derby! Whether you’re here for a romantic weekend, a family adventure, a work trip, or a solo retreat, our cozy space offers everything you will need.
Step into a beautifully furnished living area that exudes warmth and comfort. With ample natural light and stylish décor, you’ll feel right at home. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, making it ideal for both relaxation and entertaining
The property has got a kitchen, w/c and living dining room on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, the master having a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. The 2nd bedroom has got a king size bed, which be put as twins with 72 hours notification given before arrival. There is also a bathroom on the 1st floor, with bath and over shower.
The entire house will be yours when booked.
Please note that all bookings require a pre authorisation hold of £200.00. This will be released after the cleaning team have confirmed no damage has been done to the property following departure.
