Hotel room was fine. I hsd an incident with a very noisy neighbor that wasn't rectified so I had to change rooms in order to sleep. Breakfast was just okay, but it had everything I needed.

Carpets are very dirty, homeless people outside, breakfast is very minimal (nothing hot). I thought Hilton kept higher standards.

The front desk clerk was amazing! Went above and beyond due to the door card machine breaking down, she was willing to let everybody into their rooms how ever many times as needed till the machine was up and running again.

Me gustó mucho todo. La habitación con muchos detalles muy bonitos, el área del desayuno muy bonito, los pasillos etc BREAKFAST: pueden mejorar, algo como waffles o que la avena ya esté lista. Pudieran añadir sobres de chocolate caliente para preparar allí y no solo café. Pero en general le doy un 9/10 me volvería a quedar

Of the few hotels that I have stayed in the last two months, Spark by Hilton is a winner! The location is convenient and the staff is so friendly! I will be returning the next time I need a getaway.
