This beautiful Bungalow is located 100 metres from Las Marinas beach, has a private garden and direct access to the communal swimming pool.

The chalet is located in the Puerto azul residential complex, a small, very quiet residential development. The house has a lounge/dining room with air conditioning and TV, with access to the private terrace and garden. In the garden guests have access to sun loungers, table and chairs, to enjoy the space. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer. Next to the kitchen are two bedrooms, both with two single beds of 90cm together, with air conditioning and mosquito nets. Next to the bedrooms is a bathroom with shower.

It has a private parking space within the property plot.

The distance to the beach is only 200m, restaurants 300m, supermarket 500m and to the centre of the city of Denia 5.5km.

The cost of heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor is wifi, bed sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Una estancia muy agradable

Muy cómoda, muy cerquita de la playa y con una estupenda piscina en la puerta, aire acondicionado, baño reformado, muy bien equipada. Magnífica la atención de las personas de la agencia, muy amables y colaboradoras.
