Walk to the Vander Veer Botanical Park, great location close to six hospitals, recreation opportunities, minor league baseball, museums, Palmer College of Chiropractic and St. Ambrose University. Totally renovated hardwood floors, new kitchen, tiled backsplash, quartz countertops, stainless appliances, fenced yard, off street parking, washer and dryer. Wonderful area close to everything! One of the best values in town.
