Enjoy the tremendous bathroom amenities like a bathtub and shower. Kayak available: 10-15 mins from Manatee tour co's like: Crystal River Watersports, Snorkel w/ Manatees, American Pro. Fantastic location with easy access to main hwy, toll road, shopping, etc! If you're looking for a quiet, cozy home, centrally located in Crystal River, this is it! We have downtown Crystal River, Rainbow River, manatees, scallops, fishing, kayaking, Charter Tours, State Parks, beaches & S'Mores. We cherish our guests and look forward to hosting you! Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out. We welcome 1 small, well potty-trained dog. There is a 6' fenced yard with its own doggy door. :-) We ask that you do not leave your dog closed off in the rooms. Please leave in kitchen or sunroom area (weather permitting). We have a little baby gate for the kitchen area. Long term stays preferred.
