A fully equipped Class C RV awaits. In the Heart Arizona Wine Country, mere minutes from Old Town Cottonwood, historic town of Jerome, scenic beauty of Sedona, Verde Canyon Railroad, and Out of Africa Wildlife Park. Whether you're exploring the area or lounging by the river, relaxation is guaranteed.
The RV is situated on the rear section of our 2.3-acre property, positioned to ensure total privacy, complete with its own parking area. We reside in the main house and are available on-site for any assistance you might require. We warmly invite you to visit us at the house anytime—we love meeting new guests!
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was great. Very relaxing sitting along the river and enjoying a small fire in the provided propane fire pit. The camper was a little on the small side, along with the bed area. But it worked out for what we needed. The camper was well stocked with everything needed for a fun stay. We would definitely schedule another stay.
