The lobby is clean and inviting but as soon as I walked in there was a weird smell. My first thought was I hope the room doesn't smell like this. Well, yup the room smelled worse. It smelled like a wet dog. Even my 5 year old noticed. She said it smelled like a wet doggy. We were moved to another room which was a bit better. It still had a weird smell but wasn't as bad as the first room. The room was clean and everything stocked. Good for just a one night stay. The person at the first desk was friendly. We did ask for extra pillows that never came. So we had to make a pillow for our kids using a blanket. Given the price we got what we paid for.

The bed was uncomfortable. Also, the checkout time was 11 AM, and even though I was getting ready to leave, someone knocked on my door and told me I needed to leave immediately because it was past 11. It had only been about 10 minutes, and I was already preparing to check out. This was very inappropriate and unacceptable—guests should not be pressured to leave so aggressively right at the exact checkout time. they are so rude

Honestly, I was a little nervous about staying here. But had a really nice experience. No, it's not the best room you'll ever stay in. However the staff is super friendly. They do their best to keep things really nice, updated, and clean and they even gave a nice gift bag when we first arrived. I recommend it.

basic room, paper thin walls, heard neighbors until 1:30 am and then early morning too. Our room was very humid for some reason. My creamer was powder that had hardened and ruined my one cup of coffee.
