Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this rustic chalet for rent in the town of Cohennoz, located in a natural area close to mountain pastures and forests, with views of the Aravis and Mont Charvin. It has a surface area of 1,500 square feet and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Ideal for a return to nature or a timeless getaway. The chalet has a large 864 ft² living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and a bathroom. You can enjoy a garden of approximately 10,711 ft². Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
In the basement:
- Bedroom 1: bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- A bathroom with a ceiling height of approximately 1.80 m
- A separate toilet
- A laundry room
On the ground floor:
- Entrance to the chalet
- An 80 m² living room with armchairs, sofas, etc.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, 2 induction hobs, etc.
