We stayed one night at this hotel so our interactions were brief. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable sheets and towels were clean and good quality yet the room and the halls were dark and in need of an update. The rug in the hallway on 15th floor was soaking wet, which gave a a musty, humid smell to the hall and the room. I enjoyed the short walk to the Rock and Roll hall of fame. The breakfast service at the hotel restaurant was slow The menu was good, the food was good, the one waitress was working hard but the kitchen was slow to get the food out for breakfast. It’s an ok hotel I’ve stayed at other Double Tree locations that were much nicer than this one. It needs an investment in upgrades and updating.

Morning, I would have to say they need to do some updates on the hotel. After getting home and reading the reviews omg. First parking garage was $30?a night was on the third floor of the garage elevator was broken. Ice machine on floor 15 and 16 not working. Stained carpet everywhere

There was a water shutdown from 10 am to 7 pm. Which was never informed a head of time while booking. There was only a notice about it next to elevator. Not even the host at front desk informed about it. Did not even offer a compensation for lack of water. Rooms are smelled very musty and not maintained properly. Sufficient towels weren’t given until asked. Will not book again

The first room i got the top of the toilet tank was sitting on the sink. I was given another room. I could not hook up my firestick to the tv as there seemed to be no internet service to the tv. The hotel offered little help. Overall the staff was excellent.

3 nights with no room cleaning. $30 a day for parking and elevator and garage entrance keypad don’t work. You have to use stairs in parking garage which is where employees go to smoke weed. Hotel is in severe need of renovation. Some of most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept in in my life. So bad my husband spelt on couch in room which was more comfortable then bed
