Joe was really such a great host, also offering helpful tips on traveling in Ireland. Breakfast was excellent and the room was very clean and comfortable. I travel a lot and stay in many places but the hospitality, facilities and friendliness were amazing. The Courtyard is a short walk from the downtown area, which is very quaint with pubs, restaurants and the Bunratty Castle.

It is a lovely place to stay - the building is all and rustic, and the interior very well kept and spotless. The owner is very kind and mindful of all his guests. He was very welcoming and provides a wonderful breakfast.

Nice, clean room and Joe is a super welcoming host. We arrived about 7 in the morning after getting off our overnight flight to Shannon. It’s about a 10 minute drive from the airport. We paid for an extra night to ensure we could go straight to the B&B and get into our room. Joe greeted us at the door and offered breakfast when we arrived. We will definitely stay again if we ever come back through Shannon.

Joe at the Courthouse greeted us warmly and gave us all kinds of great tips for our adventure the next day. The room was the nicest we have come across in our week long Irish adventure all over the island! Big bathroom too. There was a wonderful cozy lodge room for us to sit and relax in. We walked next door for a delicious evening meal and a drink. The breakfast was delicious and made to order. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!!
