I didn't eat the breakfast. Stayed out too late and slept in the next morning. The rooms need updating. Bathroom was updated. The ice machine on the 5th floor was broken.The pool was outside and not useful. They need to update the pool. It was like a 20 minute walk to the Bengals stadium.

There’s no smoking in rooms but yet our room reeked of cigarette smoke. Even after the sprayed it still smelled. Someone was smoking and the smell came in our room. Key card for room had to get reprogrammed 3 times. Rooms and outside was way outdated. Looked very ran down. Never again!

I was staying at this hotel one night to go to the Cincinnati Bengal game to see my Hometown Detroit Lions. And that is the only positive thing. I could say about this hotel. Is that the location to go to the downtown area? And the stadium was great, but besides that, this hotel is horrible poor staff. Ice machines on floors that are broken dirty room. Old furniture ,do not stay here. They need to remove the pictures off the website because it's very deceiving.

The staff was very, very nice and professional and our room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would advise is that it’s in a secluded area and not walkable to downtown attractions. Was in a sketchy part of town.

One Night Business Stay

The outside could use a bit of a powerwash - especially in the garage, but maybe that's just me. Rooms were actually very nice and the lobby was also okay. Bed was pretty comfortable, but there was a um.. skid mark on the bottom underneath my toilet? The place looked clean but that made me feel.. dirty. Probably wouldn't stay here for any longer than one night, but $100 incidental for that was kinda bogus.

This place has potential. It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. They are trying their best. Our room did not have bed bugs which is a win. The toilet in our room did stop working and the door wouldn't lock when we first arrived. They fixed the door thankfully but the toilet issue was not great. The hotel just needs some sprucing up.

The entire staff was very nice, the front desk people and the lady taking care of breakfast was hustling to keep everything stocked as the place was packed! The hotel seems a little dated, the rooms and hallways and lobby were kind of worn. It was common to smell like it had been populated by smokers once upon a time despite the nonsmoking facility signs and threats of charges. We came right down to met the front desk know my daughter’s room smelled of smoke. They apologized, promised they’d would be no charges to us for that, and went and sprayed her room to help with the smell, so that was nice.
