A cot and high chair can be obtained from the office for a deposit. The visitor's tax is charged separately and is paid on site directly to the landlord, amounting to CHF 4.50 per night per person aged 16 years and above, while guests under 16 years of age are exempt from this tax. Regarding the cancellation policy, cancellations made up to 60 days prior to arrival are free of charge, though a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained in all cases of cancellation. Should a cancellation occur less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant, who must be deemed reasonable and solvent by the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions, and both the tenant and the substitute tenant shall be jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the cancellation notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for determining the applicable cancellation fee, with Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays deferring to the next working day. In the event of a premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
