    The Cuddle Bug Cottage is a cute little vacation cabin for rent in the scenic and wonderful Hocking Hills region of Ohio that is renowned for it's beautiful Caves and Waterfalls. The Cuddle Bug is situated in a beautiful, serene valley setting with meadows and wooded hillside views all around. It is frame construction with aluminum barn siding and attractive green metal roof, full length covered front porch and spacious covered side porch with private Hot Tub that runs year round. It has a beautiful gas-log fireplace for warmth and ambience. The Cuddle Bug is located close to and is an easy drive from all the major Hocking Hills State Park attractions such as Old Man's Cave, Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, Conkle's Hollow and Rock House. It is also close to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations and other necessary services. The Cuddle Bug has beautiful knotty pine solid wood T&G paneling on all the interior walls and ceilings. Once you're inside, you'll think you're in a real log cabin! It is luxuriously furnished with almost exclusively log furniture, custom built for us by local Amish craftsmen. The furniture is made from a variety of woods, mostly White Cedar, Red Cedar, White Pine, and Oak. All the curtains and drapery are custom made. The decorations in the cabin focus on themes of romance, country charm and beautiful scenes of Hocking Hills nature. The Cuddle Bug also has a 32" HD Flatscreen TV in the Living Room (with BluRay DVD and DirecTV) and a 19" HD Flatscreen TV in the bedroom (with DirecTV). And if you're looking for an Ohio Vacation Cabin with a Game Room, look no further, it has a number of board games and a full-size Air Hockey Table, plus Cornhole and Horseshoes games outside in the spacious back yard and side yard! There is also an outside firepit to make a campfire and make s'mores, roast hot dogs, or just to enjoy watching the flames on a cool evening. So, curl up by the fire with your cuddle bug and a good book or movie....Relax in the gentle massage of the Hot Tub jets....Drink a hot cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate, feast on delicious home-made cinnamon rolls, and enjoy the brisk Ohio air. And, if you enjoy stargazing, the Hocking Hills is officially one of the "darkest" spots in southeast Ohio. You'll have a hard time finding a better place to stargaze, as the Cuddle Bug has a full and unobstructed view of the night sky.
    Air-conditioned accommodations at this cabin offer private spa tubs and fireplaces. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas.

      Romantic getaway

      It smelled so good when we walked in and the soft music playing was very nice too. We went there to hike and to have a little romance! Everything was so cozy and the bed very comfortable including the pillows. We e joyed the hot tub and I loved the air hockey table! We will definitely come back.

          Cuddling in Hocking Hills

          We stayed two nights in the Cuddle Cabin at Hocking Hills. It was very clean, comfy, and convenient. The whole experience was quite pleasant!

              Secluded and comfortable

              Very nice little cottage for two people. It’s clearly designed for a romantic getaway. Perhaps an anniversary or a low key honeymoon. However my special needs son found the futon comfortable and it worked fine for us as a quick vacation.
