Villa 'Toniasole' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Borgo Toniasole is a small rural stone hamlet in the hills of Cefalù. The property is an oasis of tranquility being able to count on its 25,000 square meters of land rich in lush vegetation, on which insists a beautiful stone house consisting of a masonry kitchen with oven, stove, lavastovilgie and washing machine, a large living room on the ground floor with guest bathroom, going up to the second floor with direct and private access from the parking lot, we find the master bedroom , bathroom with sink area and large separate shower, and another living area with sofa bed that gives access to the two single bedrooms. The villa is equipped with every accessory for your dinners or meals with friends ( dishes, glasses, various utensils, tablecloths, pots and pans ). Outside we find a breakfast table in the driveway between the two buildings, and a large gazebo with a table that allows even 10 people to be seated comfortably ; next to the gazebo you will find a state-of-the-art gas barbecue for your outdoor grilling. More on top , inside the property we find a large swimming pool 14 meters by 5 meters with a shallow part as a little beach for your children to play. The pool all around is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and large lounge chairs that provide comfort and relaxation even in the shade. Nearby is another gazebo with large table and benches for your frugal outdoor meals. Villa Rosina is a 10-minute drive from the center of Cefalù and the main seaside situations in the area. The average summer temperature is very cool ( we are about 200 meters above sea level )and will reserve you pleasant sleeps without the help of air conditioning although present in every room.
