This ancient well renovated and air-conditioned stone house is located 500 m from the village of Cavillargues, 12 km from Bagnols-sur-Cèze, 20 km from Uzès and 25 km from the Pont du Gard. Furthermore, its location at about 30 km from the Gorges du Gardon and the Ardèche, makes it the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, while also offering you the choice of numerous activities.
INSIDE
You enter the house via a hall, which leads to the air-conditioned living/television room, the dining room and a separate WC. Further here, on the ground floor, you will spend many moments in the spacious and pleasant eat-in kitchen, which is adjacent to the well-shaded outdoor patio. This room gives access to a shower room with WC and the utility room. Via the living room you reach the air-conditioned upper floor, where you have a rest room with sofa, a large shower room, a separate WC and 3 bedrooms. The first has a large double bed and a pull-out bed consisting of two single beds, and the other two are each furnished with a double bed.
OUTSIDE
The 1500m2 fenced grounds give access to this property, your cars can be parked behind the house. The patio adjacent to the kitchen is very appreciated for outdoor dining. As far as the pool equipment and devices are concerned, the access is done by steps and the treatment by the Waterair filtration system. A table tennis table is available and you can play pétanque on the gravel.
