It's the ideal base to explore the city: just a few steps from Via Etnea, the historic street that runs through the entire city, well connected by metro and BRT bus. Featuring a kitchen-living area with double sofa bed, double bedroom with a comfortable workstation and bathroom, it’s perfect for couples, and groups looking for comfort, style and the true Catanese atmosphere.

The interior space is organized as follows:

- LIVING ROOM: dining table with chairs, smart TV, double sofa bed, split air conditioning;

- KITCHENETTE: induction hob, refrigerator, moka pot, kettle, wine glasses, and kitchen utensils;

- BEDROOM: double bed, single bed and pull-out bed, chair with desk, smart TV, mirror, split air conditioning;

- BATHROOM (ensuite) with raised shower stall, bidet, and toilet.

Unlimited WiFi, split heating and air conditioning, chest of drawers, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack and hairdryer.

Turning air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree 16/04/2013 no. 74, Ministerial Decree 383 of 6/10/2022).

Summer: Average air temperatures must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: Weighted average air temperatures must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Catania Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8th to March 23rd.

The apartment is located in an authentic and lively area of Catania, just a few steps from Piazza Cavour and the Botanical Garden. The neighborhood is full of cafés, restaurants, shops, and essential services, all within easy walking distance.

Thanks to its location, with both the metro and the fast BRT1 line nearby, the neighborhood is very well connected to the rest of the city, making it the perfect base to explore Catania on foot or by public transport.

- From Catania Train Station, take the Alibus bus and get off at the Viale stop, a 7-minute walk from the accommodation.

- By car, there is paid parking available in blue lines near the property (NOT guaranteed).

Parking fee:

- €0.87 for the first hour

- €1.00 for each additional hour

- €3.50 for half a day (8:30 AM–1:30 PM or 3:00 PM–8:00 PM)

- €1.00 for overnight parking (from 9:00 PM onwards, only in the areas closest to Piazza Stesicoro)
