The entrance to this single-story cottage is through French doors opening onto a lovely living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge/dining area with a sofa (TV, Wi-Fi, pellet stove). You can occupy the small 7 m² bedroom for one person with two 90x190 cm beds, one of which is a bunk bed. There are also two other bedrooms, each with a 160x200 cm bed (one of which can be converted into two 80 cm beds), and two bathrooms with walk-in showers and toilets, one of which is en suite.

A 1000 m² enclosed garden, currently being landscaped, and a spacious covered terrace allow you to enjoy the countryside. The private, unheated swimming pool, 2.5m x 5m, 1.50m deep, chlorine-treated, is secured with a cover (lockable) and is open from June 15th to September 15th.

Baby equipment is available on request: travel cot, high chair. Private parking on site (2 cars)

In Sarlat (14 km), a town with exceptional heritage, don't miss the unmissable Saturday farmers' market.
