The staff at check in was wonderful. We get to our room and things were ok until we got ready to take our showers and notice there was blood stained washcloths and towels. The breakfast was terrible!! The only healthy thing from that was a banana!! We had to eat our waffles without butter. No juice was available. In our room we had use of a coffee maker but not enough coffee creamer/sugar. At checkout the service was a cold attitude. I will not be booking anymore reservations with Days Inn. It wasn’t worth my money for we experienced.

Worst stay in a long time

Our room was questionable because we had dirty stained towels and we didn't know if it had been cleaned. We requested a different room and were told "Absolutely not! I can't give you a different room because of a stained towel, my manager would kill me!". Not acceptable. We stayed because the sheets looked clean but we're happy to leave quickly. The a/c worked on but didn't come back in unless I got up and lowered the temperature on the a/c. At checkout, I needed a receipt and to report the phone didn't work and the office was locked and closed. Worst stay I have ever had through Hotels.com which is very rare since I am usually delighted with Hotels.com.

There was limited to no continental breakfast and no clerk for sign-out. Beds were like rocks and A/C unit was a box on the floor that sounded like a truck was in the room when operating. We were traveling, so we survived the night and moved on.

Day's Inn at Jellico stay

Stay fine. Remodel much better than previous visit. Looks like there is still work in process for the overall remodel. Breakfast offering need improvements, our option.

The breakfast availabilities were lacking terribly. The juice machine was broken. Waffles, sticky buns, cereal, and 4 apples were available. The room we stayed in was nice. It had been updated since our last visit about 5 years ago. Remodeling was still being done.

The pool looked clean and the room was clean and nice smelling. The breakfast is definetely not filling. I like a hot breakfast and there are no hot items except for the waffle machine. There were a couple of fruits and cereal with milk. We had a baby and asked for a later checkout because I had some transportation issues, but the staff member just asked me if I would like to pay for another night, which I do understand.
