While you won't get resort amenity access, including but not limited to: The landings waterpark, resort restaurants, golf course, beach chair cabanas, etc. However, you will have access to our association amenities including the shared heated pool, tennis courts, propane BBQ grills, and award-winning Captiva Island beaches!
