"The woman who checked us in was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The bartender was nice in the restaurant. We went in to get our complimentary drink and he was happy to help us. The waiter said something to us because we just went up to the bar to get our drink. He clearly wanted people to sit at a table for their “free” drink so that he could get a tip when you felt obligated to order more."

"Very clean, employees very professional and helpful. The room didn’t have drawers to put clothes, the toilet was very low , not your usual height. Difficult to sit down or get up! Disappointed no room service. The gym was great. Dumbbells need updating , need shoulder equipment."

"Great hotel in downtown Seattle that is a short walk to major attractions - Pike Place Market. Space Needle, and the water front. Staff were very friendly and gracious. Clean rooms. They even had free bike rentals if you wanted to use them to get around the city. Otherwise you could walk to a lot of stuff. There was a bus stop right in front and the light rail and monorail transit center was a short walk from the hotel."
