Don’t like the luggage fees, seat selection fees, and more. But what can you do, other than fly Southwest.
We were unable to have seats assigned before the flight, which was aggravating.
I needed wheelchair assistance and those who helped me were perfect.
We had four Alaskan airlines flights. All the staff was friendly, although on two our selected flights were not saved. The last flight had no power or entertainment, which would have been nice to know in advance.
