Situated in the quiet neighborhood of Milnerton Ridge, this self-catering villa is within 5km of popular Blouberg beach and 2km from sunset beach on the South Atlantic Ocean. The villa is only a 20 min drive from the Cape Town International Airport. The Cape Town International Convention Centre, the V&A Waterfront, the Table Mountain cableway, Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens and the Robben Island Ferry are within 15km from the property.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people. Two bedrooms are queen beds and 2 are double beds, 2 of the bedrooms are en-suite. There is an additional full bathroom as well as a guest toilet. The villa features high ceilings with 2 lounging areas as well as a dining area.

It’s equipped with free wifi, a flat screen TV with satellite and a DVD player is available. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, microwave, dish washer, oven and stovetop.
