Let me start by saying that the house was quite a nice home (not well appointed). We have rented quite a bit through VRBO and unfortunately this was without question the most disappointing. We essentially based the rental decision on the pool and hot tub. That said, the pool and hot tub had absolutely no heat as described the temperature was at 64 degrees completely unsuitable for anything. The heat pump was inoperative and a new one was delivered on the next to last day of our stay. In fact, the installer pulled up as we were departing the property. Additionally, we had no television nor WiFi for the first 2 1/2 days. However, Christian did stay in touch and dispatched Xfinity to fix the WiFi and a pool repair team came 4 days into our stay that’s when the diagnosis of the defective heat pump was revealed. To be completely honest had the pool and hot tub been operational I would have without hesitation given them 5 stars. This was a wasted trip with our main gating factor was null and void. Christian did mention that he would give us a cost adjustment based on the catastrophic failure of our objective. However, he has yet to communicate that topic to us. Should everything be fixed I probably wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. For any future renters desiring a heated pool and hot tub insure it is completely checked prior to renting.

Nice home

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. Enjoyed the pool which was very clean. We did have some issues with the spa, but the property manager and owner were able to resolve them. One drawback is the spa is on a timer, and you are only able to enjoy it during the set hours. The owner did adjust the hours to meet our request, but somewhat inconvenient to have to ask for the hours you desire

Great for a work stay

PROS: - Spacious and tidy with all the basic amenities. - The bed was comfortable. - Plenty of towels and toiletries. - The host was very easy to work with and generally very accessible for any needs. CONS: - We killed a handful of cockroaches within the first few hours there (didn’t see any the last two days of our stay though). - The sheets were old and pilled. - Though the hot tub and pool are very nice amenities, the host informed us the hot tub would only be heated for three hours a day and it had to be pre-arranged. No spontaneity…or control over lights/jets.- We were surprised to find the garage door opened and someone working on dock in backyard. I understand upkeep needs to happen. But to find someone had entered a door we thought to be secured (garage door), or doing work on property, without any advanced notice is unacceptable. CONCLUSION:If you’re just needing a space to sleep/shower/eat/etc…this listing is a great find. The house is spacious and comfortable. And a rigid schedule would allow you to work around rigid schedule of pool/hot tub being heated. But if you’re looking for a true vacation listing to relax with couples or kids, this listing isn’t for you. At least not as it currently is. However, should the host upgrade linens, provide some more home like upgrades (games/movies/decor/etc) & relax the rigid pool/hot tub rules for guests to have spontaneity in their schedule, this could be a great listing. Until then, look elsewhere to vacation.
