Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and cable TV. Air conditioning is available on request for an extra fee.



On the spacious balcony, furnished with a dining table, you can marvel at the stunning sea view and enjoy a glass of wine. In the property's communal outdoor area, there is a shared pool open year-round, surrounded by sun loungers and equipped with an outdoor shower.



Thanks to the apartment’s ideal location, a supermarket and several cafés and restaurants are just a 3-minute walk away (300 m). The center of Candelaria, with more shops, bars, and restaurants, is only 1.2 km or a 16-minute walk away. The nearest black sand and pebble beach, Playa Caletillas, is just a 3-minute walk (250 m) from your door.
