On the ground floor you will find a spacious and bright living-dining room with direct access to the garden and terrace, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a toilet and a shower. On the upper floor there are four bedrooms and a full bathroom, offering a comfortable and functional space for the whole family.

The house has a pleasant private garden with terrace, outdoor furniture and barbecue area, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and long summer days. In addition, you can relax in the quiet communal swimming pool, shared by only four properties, which guarantees an exclusive and very pleasant atmosphere.

New from August 2026: the property has air conditioning in all four bedrooms, a highly valued improvement that ensures maximum comfort throughout your stay.

La maison est très bien située à Vilafortuny, nous étions 7 et avions assez d’espace. Maison propre et tous les équipements nécessaires dispo. La piscine commune est un plus non négligeable lors de vacances. Espaces communs autour de la piscine serait à améliorer…
