Our house is located in a residential condominium, with complete infrastructure for those who want privacy, comfort and convenience, less than 8 minutes from Rua das Pedras, in the center of Búzios.

Our unit has privacy, a fenced house. The entire gourmet area in the photos, barbecue area and pool are private.

There are 4 air-conditioned suites plus 2 single bedrooms, spacious living rooms, large outdoor areas with a pool, sunbathing area, barbecue area and full kitchen (with crockery, dishes and appliances).

The house is very comfortable, for those who want to relax but don't want to give up quality.

Our Unit has privacy, as the entire gourmet area in the photos, barbecue and swimming pool are private. So in addition to the security offered by the condominium, we have the option of leisure in the comfort of our own property;

Suite C: 2 box-spring beds (transforms into double beds) + 1 extra single mattress (3 people);

D Master Suite: 1 King double bed + 1 single box bed (3 people);

2 Bedrooms (back) with 1 single bed each (2 people);

Note: Garden and pool maintenance may be necessary during your stay, and in these cases, staff will access the house's exterior area to perform the services in the morning;

Note 2: The living room and kitchen air conditioning are unavailable and disabled for use;

Note 3: If you require a housekeeper, please inquire as we can recommend trustworthy individuals.

Access to the space is via keys that will be delivered upon guest identification at the agreed check-in time.
