Inks Lake is a Hill Country gem with its sparkling blue water, colorful rock outcrops, and striking sunsets just an hour northwest of Austin. It’s well known for being less hurried and more peaceful with much less boat traffic than LBJ or Travis. Ink is a great lake for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, or just floating the day away! This cozy home is perfect for relaxing with your family, and friends, or just for you to commune with nature. Make yourself at home in this 3-bedroom retreat, totally remodeled and updated in Spring 2024. This welcoming house features a primary bedroom with a queen bed and 1 twin trundle, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and a bunk room with two twin bunk beds, making a perfect getaway for your family or friends.

The home is ready to go with all kitchen supplies, bed linens, towels, soap, and much more. Just walk in and relax! A boat slip with a 6,500lb lift, capable of lifting a 23’ wake surf boat, and 2 jet ski lefts are available for a fee. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you would like to use this. Propane for the gas grill is provided, but we do not provide firewood for the lakeside fire pit.

Enjoy amenities like kayaks, paddleboards, lawn games, and a spacious patio and fire pit by the water during your stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories!

Early or late check-out fee: $19 per hour, must be approved before check-in.

Boat slip/lift fee: $19 per day
Jet Ski lifts: $19 per day for both
