The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and adjacent to a separate WC. On the upper floor, the first bedroom features a French bed of 160 cm by 200 cm along with a private shower room with bidet and WC, and opens onto a terrace. The second upper-floor bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm by 200 cm and has air conditioning as well as access to the terrace. The third upper-floor bedroom also contains 2 single beds of 80 cm by 200 cm, its own shower room with bidet and WC, and air conditioning. An additional shower room with bidet and WC is available on the upper floor for shared use. The villa offers beautiful views of the swimming pool and the surrounding countryside.
