Delightful semi-detached villa in the coastal village of Baia di Sant'Anna, in the municipality of Budoni, on the eastern coast of Sardinia, a few meters from the coast and with a splendid view of the sea. A characteristic place with a rocky seabed loved by fishermen and divers, facing the small islet of Pedrami, colonized by various species of sea birds. In a few minutes by car it is possible to reach sandy beaches such as Porto Ainu or Sa Capannizza Beach, characterized by soft, white sand bathed by crystalline, transparent and clean waters. Far from the chaos, Villa del Sole is the ideal place to spend pleasant moments of relaxation but also the perfect base for exploring the surrounding area which offers a wonderful naturalistic and uncontaminated landscape. In the paved outdoor area furnished with garden furniture and a covered patio, you can dedicate yourself to reading, organize aperitifs or have pleasant outdoor meals while enjoying the spectacular sea view. Nearby, for enthusiasts, there is the possibility of practicing water sports, snorkeling and diving, but also boat trips, horseback riding and much more. There is a private car park with two parking spaces. Olbia/Costa Smeralda airport is about 40 km away.
