"Their pool wasn’t working , the toilet was clogged since we got there and they never fixed it and it took them a day to switch our rooms which is ridicuos because imagine not being able to use the bathroom for a whole day ! And they didn’t inform us that the pool wouldn’t be working for the duration of our trip … so it ruined our stay because I mainly booked this particular hotel for the pool. "
